This drama delivers an amazingly large amount of romance. Even when skipping much of the villain and side plot material, the episodes are packed with romantic scenes, interactions, and intimacy between the leads. The pairing is easily the strongest aspect of the show and completely carries it.
The male lead is deeply in love early on and stays consistently affectionate, while the female lead gradually opens up and meets him emotionally. Their relationship is cute, playful, and very physically expressive, making the romance feel constant rather than intermittent.
While the plot leans heavily on familiar supernatural and melodrama tropes, the romance remains satisfying throughout. Conflicts are mostly temporary and predictable, but they never seriously damage the relationship for long. Overall, this is a romance heavy drama that prioritizes the couple above everything else and delivers steady, plentiful romantic payoff from start to finish.
