My Notes / Opinions

This is a solid drama. The first half is standard good, nothing to complain about. The leads clearly like each other early, but of course K drama trope mode activates and the ML denies his feelings because of outside advice. It’s predictable, but not rage inducing.

They start dating surprisingly early, but then immediately break up, which feels rushed. The breakup reason isn’t completely stupid, just unnecessary. The FL’s emotional acting is genuinely strong though. Her crying scenes hit.

They get back together later and finally kiss, and from there it feels like the show should build momentum. Instead, the second half drags. By episodes 13 to 14 it starts feeling stretched out, like the story could have comfortably ended earlier. A lot of scenes become repetitive and heavy on talking and crying.

Interestingly, the side couple becomes more engaging later on. Their more mature dynamic stands out and feels refreshing compared to the main couple’s repeated emotional loops.

Overall, not a bad drama at all. The chemistry between the leads is good throughout, and the ending itself is nice and satisfying. It just suffers from small issues in the latter half that make it feel longer than it needed to be (in my opinion).
