Nam Se Hee is a quiet, practical man in his thirties who has chosen not to marry. He owns a home, but most of his income goes toward his mortgage, leaving him with little financial freedom. Yoon Ji Ho is a writer in her thirties who struggles to support herself. She cannot afford housing and has given up on dating while trying to survive unstable work and constant pressure.
