Na Hee Do is a high school fencer whose team is shut down during the South Korean financial crisis. Despite the setback, she pushes through the difficulties and fights for a place on the national sabre team. Her determination keeps her moving forward even as her world shifts around her.

Baek Yi Jin faces his own upheaval when his family’s business collapses. He goes from a comfortable life to sudden hardship and works part time while trying to continue his studies. Over time, he builds a new path and becomes a sports reporter.

Their lives cross during a period of uncertainty and change. As Hee Do pursues her dream and Yi Jin rebuilds his future, they form a bond shaped by ambition, resilience, and the challenges of growing up in unstable times.
