My NotesSeason 1 has romance, but it sits behind all the medical chaos. The couple is fine, the chemistry is okay, and the relationship is pleasant enough, but nothing about it stood out to me. It’s more of a realistic workplace connection than a dramatic love story. I liked Season 2 so much more because Ahn Hyo Seop and Lee Sung Kyung are in it.
