Dr. Romantic Season 2

Kim Sa Bu, once a famous surgeon, now leads Doldam Hospital, a small and understaffed clinic far from the city. After completing a major operation for Chairman Sin, he gains support to improve the hospital, but new challenges appear with the chairman’s death and the return of an old rival. His own injury begins to resurface, adding pressure to an already demanding environment.

To strengthen the team, Kim Sa Bu brings in two new fellows. Seo Woo Jin is talented but cynical after a difficult life and carries heavy debts. Cha Eun Jae is smart and confident, yet she struggles with surgical anxiety despite her strong academic record. Both arrive at Doldam with their own weaknesses and doubts.

Under Kim Sa Bu’s unconventional guidance, they are pushed to confront their fears, sharpen their skills, and understand what it means to be true doctors. As they handle emergencies, personal conflicts, and the tough realities of the medical field, they begin to grow through their time at Doldam Hospital and learn from the mentor who refuses to give up on them.
