Triangle Details
This is one of the rare dramas where the non-romance feels more compelling and romantic than the official couple.
My Notes / Opinions
I remember not liking this one that much. Not much else to say tbh.
Kim Je Ha, once a mercenary known as K2, becomes a fugitive after being framed for his girlfriend’s death in Iraq. He eventually returns to Korea and is hired as a bodyguard by Choi Yoo Jin, the powerful wife of a presidential candidate and a member of an influential family. Je Ha accepts the job while planning revenge on Park Kwan Soo, the rival politician he believes ordered the murder that destroyed his life.
His work leads him to Go An Na, the hidden and reclusive daughter of Yoo Jin’s husband. Je Ha is assigned to protect her, and the two form a fragile connection as she slowly lets him into her guarded world.
As Je Ha grows closer to An Na, he learns that Yoo Jin, who had appeared to be his strongest ally, poses a danger to the very person he is meant to protect. Caught between loyalty, survival, and the pull of a developing romance, Je Ha must choose where he stands in a conflict shaped by political ambition, betrayal, and personal justice.
